At a local boat club, what started as a joyful birthday gathering ended in a heart-wrenching tragedy, claiming the lives of two young siblings, aged 4 and 8, and leaving several others injured.
The mother of the children, Mariah Dodds, and her 11-year-old son, who both survived the harrowing event, are now hospitalized, grappling with not only their physical injuries but the devastating loss of their family members. At Marko Law, our hearts go out to the Dodds family and all who were affected by this catastrophic incident. As legal professionals and as fellow human beings, we are deeply moved by their plight and are committed to supporting them through their time of need.
