Reno Arabo was born and raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan. He earned a B.A. from Michigan State University and graduated cum laude from Michigan State College of Law. While in law school, Reno appeared on the Dean’s List multiple semesters, competed in Moot Court, and received the Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Procedure. He was selected for the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, an intensive two-year courtroom-advocacy program, and served in the Housing Law Clinic, helping low-income tenants facing eviction and unsafe living conditions. He also interned in the Complex Litigation Division of the Michigan Attorney General’s Office.

Reno began his career at a large insurance defense firm, representing carriers in first- and third-party motor vehicle and No-Fault matters. He later joined one of the nation’s largest firms, handling complex insurance defense, premises liability, and general negligence cases. He has successfully argued dispositive motions throughout Michigan and facilitated high-exposure matters.

He has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in Insurance Coverage for 2024 and 2025, an honor reserved for a select group of up-and-coming attorneys.

After nearly six years on the defense side, Reno decided his skills would make a greater impact advocating for injured individuals and joined Marko Law to stand up for plaintiffs seeking justice.

Reno has a strong interest in the emerging field of artificial intelligence and recently presented to a large insurance company on AI’s impact on the insurance industry.

He is admitted to practice in Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Outside the office, Reno enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends and watching Michigan State and Detroit sports teams.
